Needles and threads do not like small lettering or small items on a logo. If we need to edit your logo for this reason, we will always consult with you regarding any necessary change.

Digitizing Rates

Designs with 8,000 or fewer stitches	$50.00
Designs with 8,000 to 15,00 stitches	$15.00 per 1000 stitches
Designs with more than 15,000 stitches	$10.00 per 1000 stitches
Minimum editing charge	$20.00

Embroidery Rates - Monogrammed Names
Left or right chest

1-10	$5.00 each
11-25	$4.50 each
26 - 75	$4.00 each
over 75	$3.50 each

Shipping information and costs...

Custom embroidery orders shipping will be arranged at the time of the order. Jacket backs or orders containing over 200 items may take longer than the normal 5 working days. We will advise you of any form of delay in your order (example: if items are out of stock at our suppliers or need to be ordered from the east coast.)

6% sales tax is added to Idaho orders. For wholesale orders, we need a copy of your resale license.

Washing Instructions
All washable items with any embroidery stitched on them should be washed in cold water.

Cancel order or I made a mistake
We cannot be responsible for mistakenly placed orders or afterthoughts to cancel an order. We will try to work with you if your order has not yet been processed and/or shipped. Please notify us ASAP by phone with your concern.
